Collective Leadership Group:- Justice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Taskforce lead – Creating a more diverse and inclusive social change sector and leading the Acumen/Hatch Collective Leadership Group (CLG) partnership comprising of over 50 Social Change Makers and Enterprise Support Providers to build diverse, inclusive communities and a more robust social purpose ecosystem. Partners include The Young Foundation, School of Social Entrepreneurs (SSE), Social Investment Business (SIB), Unltd, Ashoka, On Purpose, Power to Change, Year Here, A Million Realities and several more. Health Education England:- Equality Impact Assessors: Supporting recruiting more diverse Paramedic applicants who face barriers within the profession.
Ubele:- National Strategic Alliance Member and Business Associate Consultants for the ACCESS The Foundation for Social Investment funded Enterprise Development Programme, supporting Black and Minoritised organisations to establish new enterprise models or grow existing ones.
Social Investment Business (SIB): Community Panel Member - Supporting SIB to broaden their representation and involvement in diverse communities

Creating strategic partnerships for overlooked, excluded and underrepresented communities
We create strategic partnerships with social impact investors, local authorities, enterprise delivery incubators, and accelerator programmes to support the development of aspiring and existing social entrepreneurs.

Involving key stakeholder in both design and decision making
When it comes to the community we ensure no voice is left behind for excluded communities.
By engaging with employers we create partnerships with local authorities, schools, colleges, universities and welfare to work providers

We work with national social investment and social impact business support providers. All of whom are committed to social injustice, social and global change.

Enterprise and Employability Programmes
We can create accredited and non accredited enterprise, entrepreneurship and employability projects and programmes including business start-up accelerators, incubators.

Creating social economies through socio-economic impact
We work for local, regional, national, and international enterprise and entrepreneurship social investment programmes that create jobs and better opportunities for excluded communities.

Capacity Building
Our workshops primarily focus on providing capacity building training on "Understanding Funding Systems and the Social Investment Sector"
