These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods by you the consumer from our website and by ordering any goods or services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to alter these conditions as and when required and any alterations will be effective immediately.

The information provided for products on our site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or be an alternative to medical advice or prescribed medicines. If you are unsure about taking any of our herbal supplements or are taking prescribed medication please speak with your GP or medical practitioner before taking them to ensure they are suitable for you. 

Product & Pricing Description

For Business Sake and always tries to ensure the accuracy of the information on our product pages and marketing materials, however, this is for illustrative purposes only and we give no warranty in respect of this information.  We reserve the right to remove a product from sale without notice, a products price and availability is also subject to change.

Once an order is placed for a product or service the price will not change, the product price includes VAT but not any applicable delivery charge.  Payment for all orders will be taken in UK sterling.  Once an order is placed we will confirm the order via email, this is then a binding agreement.  Once payment is received we will ship the order unless the item is unavailable in which case we will inform the purchaser of this and refund the value of the individual item plus delivery if applicable.

Herbology will not be liable to the consumer or any third party for any direct, indirect or incidental damage, lost profits or any damages of any kind linked to any information provided on our website or any omission

Registration Information

​Please ensure all your details are correct when placing an order as we rely on this to deliver to you. All your personal details provided during the ordering process are treated as confidential and will never be shared with any third party.  


Our website is fully secured and you can purchase with the certainty that its safe to do so. No payment information is stored by ourselves.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you show us and other patients consideration by calling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend.

Failure to keep your scheduled appointments at Jacynthasise hinders our ability to provide the best service to all our patients.
Please call us or text us on 07821 968 759, email us at with your cancellation notification, this will allow us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another patient.

Failure to give the 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge for the appointment. If you are claiming for treatment through your medical insurer they will not pay the cancellation charge and you will be liable for this payment.

To help you remember you have an appointment we do send reminder text messages for those that have registered their details with us.


If for some reason you do not receive a reminder text, this policy will still be enforced. Occasionally there are issues with phone service providers that are out of out control and we can not account for.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows are disruptive to the optimal delivery of care and service to all our patients. Missed appointments prevent other patients from coming in at the same time and affect the consistency of your own and other patient’s rehabilitation program or service.
